Order Confirmations:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipments:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Help@ShopPatios.com

Return Policy

No-Hassle Returns

• Return your new, unopened items* within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund; you pay only return shipping. No questions asked. We'll even pick it up for a small fee.
• Open box items in like new condition can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping will apply.
• Products received as a result of our error can be returned at no cost to you. We will even pay to have the item picked up.
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery to you will be treated as an Open Box Return and subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.

Return of Drop-Shipped Items

Many of our products - including but not limited to greenhouse structures, heaters, fans, and custom fabricated products are "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. It is important for the customer to be aware that all drop-shipped products are subject to the return policy of the specific manufacturer.

• Re-stocking fees for drop-shipped products may be as high as 30%, depending on the return policy of the specific manufacturer
• Some items may not be returnable at all.
• Contact a member of our Customer Service Team for details on a specific item.

Defective Merchandise

Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt of any item you believe to be defective. Shop Patios will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection. If the product is declared defective, you will have the option to receive a replacement or obtain a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. If a replacement item is desired, Shop Patio will ship the new items upon receipt of defective merchandise. Products not found to be defective will be treated as a normal return.

Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)

Prior to returning a "Return Material Authorization Number" must be obtained from Shop Patios - credit may not be issued for returns sent without an RMA number. All defective or returned goods must be returned freight prepaid to the address provided by Shop Patios. Credit will be applied within 5 days of receipt and inspection by IGC.

Cancellations and Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

At Shop Patios, we are not only your Patio experts, but we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products at the very best prices.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within two weeks of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
